FIA EUROPEAN TOURING CAR CUP QUALIFYING
Vallelunga,
Italian drivers will fill the front row of the grid for this
afternoon's Race 1.
Alessandro Zanardi claimed pole position at the wheel of his
BMW Team Italy-Spain car, with a lap in 1:41.125.
Salvatore Tavano will line up alongside him on the front row,
having been 2nd fastest with a gap of 0.135.
Third and fourth fastest were two other BMW drivers: Swedish
champion Richard Göransson (0.338 off the pole) and Claudia
Hürtgen (0.696).
Pole position in Super Production class went to Lorenzo Pasquinelli
(Zerocinque Motorsport)
