LTA announces restructuring and management changes
The LTA today announced that three of its senior management
team will leave the organisation, as part of the next phase
in a major restructuring programme which commenced in February
with the appointment of Roger Draper as Chief Executive.
David Felgate (Performance Director), Rebecca Miskin (Tennis
Operations Director) and Paul Keen (Finance Director) will
leave the LTA, effective immediately.
An interim leadership team has been appointed to ensure minimal
impact on the players and the organisation. Announcements
regarding more permanent positions will be made in due course.
LTA Chief Executive Roger Draper said:
“I would like to thank David, Rebecca and Paul for
the contribution they have made to British tennis over the
last three years. All three have worked extremely hard to
support British tennis and I wish them all the best in their
next ventures.
An interim LTA Leadership team has been appointed to ensure
that we move forward with purpose whilst a new structure is
created and a new team recruited.”
