SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM WELCOMES PARTNERSHIP WITH NEXSAN TECHNOLOGIES
SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM welcomes Nexsan Technologies as an Official
Team Supplier with immediate effect. Nexsan Technologies will
supply the team with secure data archiving solutions both
at the team’s UK factory in Leafield and whilst the
race team is situated at Formula One circuits around the world.
Based in Los Angeles, USA, Nexsan Technologies comprehensive
data storage products will replace a number of drives on the
team’s busy IT network.
Designed to set new standards for high-capacity storage systems,
‘SATABeast’ will provide SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM with
unparalleled storage flexibility to meet its business objectives.
The Assureon® box will securely store SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM
race data, CAD drawings and other important electronic information.
Assureon is a new breed of intelligent, disk-based archiving
solutions that give users powerful and cost-effective choices
for the protection, retention and long term care of their
information assets.
The ‘SATABoy’ by Nexsan Technologies will enable
cost-effective storage of large amounts of information online,
whilst ensuring faster response times for mission critical
applications. The solution is equally capable of delivering
high IOPS for transactional applications and sustaining maximum
MB’s throughput for high bandwidth applications and
as such will be a valuable asset to the traveling race team.
In its partnership with SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM, the Nexsan Technologies
logo will be visible in all the SUPER AGURI F1 TEAM garages,
on the IT racks, the Team Trucks and in the UK factory.
