The
rainy conditions at Motegi caught all the riders unprepared
after the dry qualifying sessions. There were many crashes
during the race.
Lukas Pesek, when in fifth trying to recover positions, slip
but then rejoined the race and finished 12th.
Nico Terol started well but, after a contact with Krummenacher,
rode off the track and lost many time, rejoined and got the
17th position.
Lukas Pesek: (12°)
"The bike was perfect and I tried to give my best lapping
very fast to recover positions. But then I lost the front
and I slid. I rejoined the race but I lost the front again.
In the race it is normal to do everything one can do".
Nicolas Terol: (17°)
"I started well but I lost many position after the contact.
I rejoined the race but it was very difficult to recover positions.
I’m sorry because here I could have had good chance
to make a good race… my pace in the last lap prove it".
