VALSIR SEEDORF DERBI: GP OF QATAR - QP2
Tomorrow at 12 o’clock (10 in Italy) will begin
the new season.
The Valsir Seedorf Derbi rider, Lukas Pesek, will start from
the first row (4th) and probably tomorrow he will be among
the protagonists of the race. During the free practice of
this morning, he got the third time: really a good time for
a rider too tall and heavy for the windy conditions.
Nico Terol couldn’t improve his yesterday’s time,
due also to a technical problem at the end of the session,
and he will start from fifth row.
Lukas Pesek (4° - 2”06.767): “Today I’m
fine, I haven’t the headache any more and I could improve
my performance. I tried to find the right rhythm. To have
one or seven tenth from the first is not a problem…
it is important to start well and do not lose the contac with
the leaders. The race is the race and you have to fight till
the end. I’m satisfied of this result after the phisical
problems I had yesterday”.
Nico Terol (19° - 2”08.419): “I couldn’t
improve my yesterday time because of a problem at the end
of the session that forced me to stop. During the qualifying
practice we have made some tests in order to find the right
pace for the race but I coudn’t find the rhythm and
the right feeling with my Derbi. Tomorrow I have to start
very well to reach soon a better position”.
