finish race final! Lukas Pesek made a wonderful and clever
race. He started from the front row and he never lost the
leading places of the race getting the second after a long
duel with Talmacsi. The Czech rider closed the gap on Talmacsi
during the last lap. But a mistake at the last corner prevented
him the victory. The Spaniard Nico Terol, started back from
sixth row, is 14th gaining his first points of the season.
Lukas Pesek: (2nd)
"Fighting with Gabor was funny and exciting. I waited
the right moment to overtake Talmacsi, but at the last corner
I made a little mistake and he got the victory… I’m
very happy! I have been suffering sore throat for all week
end and I had to treat with antibiotics. After few laps my
throat was dry…!".
Nicolas Terol: (14th)
"To Start from the back lines isn’t easy. You
have to give the best. I tried to recover as many positions
as I could, my Derbi was ok but you need much more concentration
in these conditions. I am now much more confident and I’d
like to demonstrate it at Istanbul".
