Lukas Pesek got the third in the second day of qualifying
practice on Jerez circuit. Despite sore throat Valsir Seedorf
Derbi rider got the front row and the second ideal time at
only one tenth from Pasini RSA. The young Nico Terol (23rd)
couldn’t find the right rhythm and he is now at 3 seconds
from his team-mate, he will start from sixth row.
Lukas Pesek: (3rd - 1’47.485)
"At the beginning of the session I wasn’t concentrated:
I made many little mistakes and I couldn’t get a good
rhythm. After the stop I found the right concentration and
I could be faster and faster. I’m satisfied because
my Derbi is realy fast and I could get the time even if there
was a lot of traffic on the track. I’m confident for
the race but it will be decisive to have a good pace…".

"My Derbi is fast. During the free practice I was sure
to be on the right track to be faster again. In the afternoon
I tried to find a good slipstream to reduce my time but I
couldn’t manage it. I’m sorry because it is very
important for me to get a good result in Spain, my home. Tomorrow
I have to start very well …but it isn’t easy".
