GP OF SACHSENRING - RACE
VALSIR SEEDORF DERBI
RIDER 52: LUKAS PESEK (CZE)
RIDER 18: NICOLAS TEROL (SPA)
GP OF SACHSENRING - RACE
Lukas Pesek got the sixth and maintains the fourth position
in the standings.
The Czech made a good start getting the leading positions.
The bike was perfect: engine, chassis and suspension set up
were ok from the beginning of the week-end and the team know
to be competitive. The only uncertainty were the tyres as
the hot temperature of this Sunday.
Lukas lost some positions, till the seventh, after few laps.
The time were good but the Valsir Seedorf Derbi rider wasn’t
aggressive like usual. The mystery was revealed at the end
of the race: a muscular contraction prevented Lukas to fight
for the victory. And irony of fate… the tyre were perfect!
Lukas
Pesek: (6th)
"I was very fast in the T1 and T2 but when I faced the
curves I felt a shooting pain in my back. It was a sudden
pain.
It is a pity because the team made a great job and the bike
was as fast as Talmacsi one".
Nicolas Terol: (25th)
"It is frustrating fighting between the 25th and 26th
place here at Sachsenring where, last year, I made a good
result.
I haven’t the right feeling with the bike and I can’t
ride as I like".
