A LEAP OF FAITH IS ALL IT TAKES
This
article is written for everyone who is struggling with various
aspects of the Pose Method of Running. You could be a beginner
or someone who has been attempting to learn the Pose Method
of Running for some time. Whatever stage you're at - read
on, this particular article is your "green light"
to go ahead and allow yourself to be great.
As the title suggests - all it takes is a leap of faith -
faith in yourself and your innate abilities and talents, as
well as faith in the Pose Method of Running. Yes it is so
and it is as simple as that, but sadly it is not easy for
some people. Reading the pose-forum it becomes apparent. There
is so much fear, concern and indecision or worse yet, an unfounded
decisiveness to reinvent the wheel.
The first thing you must understand is that it is within
each one of us to be able to run, dance, sing, etc and do
it good. What makes us different from each other is the level
of our perception of everything and everyone. It's all about
perception and it's only about perception. Whatever angle
the conversation might start at, at the end of the day it
all comes down to developing your perception in our gravity
controlled environment on planet Earth. There are some things
that cannot be disclosed yet but they will be published in
the near future and they will help you see what you cannot
see now. Until then the only choice you have to make is to
believe or not to believe.... in yourself. The Pose Method
of Running is only a tool that can and will help you, but
the rest is up to you. That's it. Take it or leave it, but
don't be upset when the person that had the courage to take
a leap and found the strength to drop all the dead-end preconceived
notions, graciously whisks by you all the way to the first
place or simply to another level of living, where we don't
decide our own limits, but allow ourselves to be and to succeed.
With 30+ year career in sports, academics and science, Dr.Romanov
is better positioned than many to make certain statements
and conclusions. One of the most important ones that you need
to know is what makes an elite athlete different from an average
person. There are only a few factors, believe it or not, and
the most significant one is the mental state of an individual.
You will not believe how many people lock themselves up in
imaginary boundaries of "I can't" or "Oh no,
me? I couldn't! I'm just a regular guy/gal". An elite
athlete however thinks only of how to get where he/she wants
to be and then executes the plan. Don't think that elites
are perfect, but do understand that they have more faith in
themselves. What exactly is stopping you? Nothing other than
fear. The only thing to fear is fear itself. Fear is a mental
disease.
There are only two types of people in this world - the ones
that are afraid and the ones that aren't afraid. Which one
are you?
Where does the fear come from and how do we eliminate it?
Uncertainty brings fear. The methodology of the Pose Method
of Running offers the tools that take out the unknown and
the uncertainty out of the learning and training process.
And now, 30 years after the development of the Pose Method
with hundreds of thousands of people that have already benefited
and with scientific research to back it up, there should be
no time wasted on doubt. You should simply do.
Here at Pose Tech we might not know your background, your
current condition and situation, your desires and wishes,
your likes and dislikes, but we do know that you're equipped
as well as the next guy or gal. At all times, rain or snow,
you have all and more than it takes to be successful in anything
you choose to undertake. When it comes to the sport of running,

Believe it or not, even if you're completely uncoordinated,
never ran before, got two left feet or missing one - you can
run really good and enjoy it. This was unofficially proven
by witnessing the members of the Russian Handicap team, where
the persons with cerebral paralysis that could hardly stand
on their own, were able to run with the Pose Method of Running.
