WHAT CAN A PROPER TECHNIQUE REALLY GIVE YOU

WHAT CAN A PROPER TECHNIQUE REALLY GIVE YOUIn the sea of advice on sports techniques available these days from various sources, it is easy to get lost and forget what's important, what's not important and what simply "comes with the territory". To truly understand the importance of acquiring the proper technique, one must clearly see the benefits of doing so. To many, technique is nothing, but a word that is so often used by others. My technique, your technique, technique this, technique that... before you know it, technique becomes a trendy topic and a blur. So, let's cut through the clutter and clarify the true significance of the proper technique in our athletic endeavors.

First and foremost, technique in sports is the mandatory base level to start from. Understand, if you're starting to train without learning the technique of your chosen sport first, then you automatically start at a much lower level. Let's put it this way, on a scale of 0-10, where 0 is the most basic level and 10 is the most advanced, without technique you start at -5 (that's negative five). So before you start worrying about your results, progress and goals, focus on learning how to actually do something, i.e. how to move correctly. And as we often say - keep things in a correct hierarchy and you will not just bypass the unnecessary work and skip injuries, you will literally help yourself reveal and then hone your true talents to their full extent and more.

A proper technique for any chosen sport gives you the following and more:

RED CARPET ENTRANCE. By starting correctly you immediately place yourself on the next level of training and not just one step, but several steps closer to your goals, your desires and your dreams. Compared to folks that take the old-fashioned "just do it" approach and then wonder, why progress is slow to come and why are they plagued by injuries, you take the smarter "common sense" approach that produces real results and helps you avoid injuries. By doing so, you enter the game as pro, elite and Olympic athletes do. Cool company to keep, don't you think?

VIP TREATMENT. Yes, other athletes will admire your good form and will want to mingle and know your secrets, but what we're really talking about is the VIP treatment that your body will get with the proper technique, like the Pose Method.

* No overuse injuries
* Speed
* Agility
* Balance and Coordination
* Lesser impact on the body
* Quicker recovery
* Lesser performance related stress
* Better fatigue control
* Maximum use of your potential
* Freedom of movement
* Dramatically improved results

UNSHAKABLE CONFIDENCE. In the broader sense, this particular trait offers a whole new lifestyle. In sports, confidence in yourself produced and supported by knowing what you're doing, translates into maximum enjoyment of the activity, high quality of performance, breaking records, gold medals, Olympic titles, etc. Knowing what you're doing eliminates the uncertainty that can drain your energy, and knowing that you're doing it right takes the fear out of the equation.

1/ Maximum enjoyment of the sport
2/ Boost of enthusiasm
3/ High quality performance

CONTINUOUS SUCCESS comes from the combination of everything we mentioned above. There is obviously more to it than we can describe in this article, but a proper technique is one of the most fundamental things in sports and a lot of other areas in life, and it plays one of the most important roles in achieving and sustaining your success. A good technique, like Pose Method, provides you with a standard model for reference, a blueprint, so to say. What does that mean? It means that if you encounter problems in your technique that produce pains or hinder your performance, you have a guideline that helps you figure out what the problem is and what to do to correct it. This will allow you to continue to successfully participate in your sport for as long as you desire.
