MSA National Court: 7 March 2006
Having listened to evidence at its hearing on Tuesday 7 March,
the Motor Sports Association's National Court has taken the
following action:
The Court has chosen to suspend the remainder of a three-month
suspension being served by Rotax Mini Max kart driver Kalvin
Quinn.
The court heard that Kalvin Quinn, from Cumbria, had already
served one month of a three-month suspension having accumulated
the maximum 12 penalty points on his competition licence.
This followed two driving offences at a race meeting at the
PF International circuit on 5 February 2006.
Subsequently, the Court suspended the remaining two months
of Kalvin Quinn's suspension for two months. It stressed,
however, that if Kalvin Quinn committed an offence in the
next two months then he would immediately be bound to serve
the remaining two months of his suspension.
The appeal fee was forfeit.
