September 11th/12th
The final round of the 2004 NWLMRA Championship series was
held at a club meeting in Kirkham over the weekend. With many
titles still up for the grabs, there was everything to play
for.

Despite 3 days of changeable weather, hundreds of people
flocked to the Barnard Castle Truck Show to watch the NWLMRA
racer’s battle for Championship honours.

9th August - Race Report from Canwell Show, Staffordshire
– August 7th/8th
Canwell Show is only a one-day event but many racers made
a full weekend of it, despite racing only taking place on
the Saturday.

of racing was arranged in his local village of Willingham-by-Stow,
in Lincolnshire.

in Glossop, Derbyshire

under intermittent showers over the weekend of June 26th/27th.

15th June - Race Report from Chester Lions Carnival, Cheshire
– June 12th/13th
Chester Race Course held Race 4 of the 2004 NWLMRA Championship
Series. Cool blustery weather on Saturday gave way to a hot
sunny day on Sunday and this led to some excellent racing
that the fans really enjoyed.

at Chester Race Course, as part of the Chester Lions Carnival,

Lancs. – June 5th/6th
Race 3 of the 2004 NWLMRA Championship Series was held over
the weekend of June 5th/6th and brought a good turn out of
mowers to a small but flowing track at Myerscough College.

Brilliant weather blessed a fantastic weekend of racing at
the 2004 North-V-South. Overall honours went to the NWLMRA,
and the individual event was eventually won by The 69’ers
after an exciting finale to Sunday’s 2 hour Endurance
Race

Morton, Nr. Retford, Notts
The inaugural North-V-South Challenge will be held this weekend
in Little Morton, Nr Retford. Members of both the BLMRA and
the NWLMRA will be taking to the track to defend the honour
and reputation of their clubs as they seek to find the fastest
Lawn Mower Racing Association in the UK.
