TIMPERLEY went top of the Northern Floodlit Under-19 Autumn
League Conference A with a hard-fought 8-4 victory over Cheadle
at Stockport Road.
Heaton Mersey, the Stockport club, lead Conference B after
they dispensed with Stopfordians 14-4 at Jacksons Edge Road.
Poynton and Wilmslow/Norbury also started their campaigns
with victories in their respective divisions.
