England Senior Korfball Squad announced for Belgium internationals
The Senior squad has been selected to represent England at
the prestigious Interland Tournament held in Belgium from
Feb 3rd-4th 2007.
Thanks to all the players who attended the recent trials and
congratulations to the following players who have achieved
a place in the England senior squad.
Boys: David Synott (Captain), Rob Williams (Vice Captain),
Alistair Knight, Robbie McDonald, Matt Brooks, Dean Woods,
Ross Bower, Otto Fabius (Standbys Rob Mann and James McDonald)
Girls: Karen Sparrow, Carla Bennett, Nsemeke Ukpong, Jocelyn
Hoffman, Sarah-Jane Hubbard, Ella Wright, Jo Adams
England Coach: Dirk Sercu
Team manager: Gary Brooks
English Korfball wishes all these players and the coaching
and management team every success, in particular as this is
the first representative team of the English Korfball Association.
