Kelly Marks Perfect Partners BHS TREC Winter Series inspires
newcomers
The Kelly Marks Perfect Partners BHS TREC Winter Series,
which launched an indoor BHS TREC season through the winter
months, has proved a great success.
Rob Jones, BHS Competitions Senior Executive, said: "We
are delighted at the success of the Kelly Marks Perfect Partners
BHS TREC Winter Series.
"It offered newcomers to BHS TREC a great opportunity
to try out their riding skills and gave established 'Treccies'
the chance to keep training through the winter."
Sponsor Kelly Marks said: "I am delighted to support
this series, as the demands of BHS TREC encourage the development
of all-round riding skills, with horse and rider working in
a sympathetic partnership."
The winter series focussed on the Control of Paces and PTV
phases of the event, with competitions taking place at suitable
indoor and outdoor facilities around the country.
The winners received a signed copy of Kelly Marks' latest
book, Perfect Partners, with their results going towards the
Kelly Marks Perfect Partners BHS TREC Winter Trophy.
Lucy Booth from Cornwall won the Newcomers' league riding
Harrison and Hilary Bernard, based in Bristol, won the Open
Winter Leagues on Rhinefield Impulse.
