British Horse Society announces new sponsorship for Approved
Livery Yard scheme
The British Horse Society (BHS) is pleased to announce a
new sponsor for its successful Approved Livery yard scheme.
G.I. Hadfield & Son Ltd., the company that manufactures
the totally unique, premium quality dust free, bedding easibed,
has joined continuing sponsors South Essex Insurance Brokers,
and, new for 2004, Rag-Fork in support of improved horse welfare.
Announcing the sponsorship agreement BHS Head of Approvals
Chris Doran said, "I am delighted that easibed has agreed
to sponsor our scheme. Since its launch in July 2002 there
has been huge interest from clients, proprietors and the media
alike, and we now have over 220 approved livery yards registered
with several more being processed. With their dedication to
improving horse welfare, through the use of totally dust free
bedding to ensure horses or their grooms are not breathing
in harmful spores, dust or other contaminants, easibed is
an ideal company to be linked with the livery yard scheme."
Confirming support of the BHS Livery Yard Scheme, easibed
National Sales Manager Ian McColville said, "Dust free
bedding is so important to the health of both horses and grooms
and easibed can offer so many benefits to livery yard owners,
including the potential for significant cost savings. Supporting
the BHS scheme will be an important and very relevant addition
to our sponsorship portfolio."
