Smith ends the year on a high
Louis Smith ended his 2007 competitive campaign with a superb
pommel horse Silver medal at the Toyota International Invitational
competition in Toyota City, Japan.
Smith finished just behind Hungarian legend Kristian Berki
(16.000) with a score of 15.800.
Coach, Paul Hall- " This performance has rounded off
a fantastic year for Louis, he produced one of his best routines
to date, with one of the best scores of anyone in 2007 which
bodes extremely well looking towards next year. He can now
take a well earned break from full routines as we look to
add different elements in training, then after a few days
off over Christmas we travel to Israel for a training camp
and from there on we focus fully on achieving our goals for
2008."
