The EGU is supporting these members of the Elite Squad through the PGA European Tour School process as part of the World Class Performance Programme funded by the Sport England Lottery Fund.

Commenting on the players progress EGU Performance Director Nigel Furniss explained, “Sam, Gary and Richard have played well to negotiate the first hurdle of the Tour School process. It will become harder for them the further they progress but as long as they play to their full potential they all have a great chance to secure a card for the 2005 season.”
