Whilst Sam will be disappointed to have missed out on his first international victory he has shown the flair and talent that we know he is capable of.”

Furniss is confident that Sam’s performance was helped by recent training with EGU National Coach, Keith Williams carried out at the National Golf Academy , Woodhall Spa.

The Elite and A Squad players will now move their attention to the Lytham Trophy to be played at Royal Lytham and St.Annes Golf Club 30th April – 2nd May.
