Testing at the Valencia circuit 31st January 2007

Drivers: Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa

Weather: air temperature 8/15 °C, track 9/18 °C.
Sunny in the morning, overcast with rain in the afternoon.
Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro,
working again at the Valencia circuit. This morning, on a
track still wet from overnight rain, Felipe Massa began his
test session at the wheel of the 248 F1, concentrating mainly
on the development of new components. Kimi Raikkonen waited
until the track dried to resume the development programme
with the F2007. Unfortunately, in the second part of the afternoon,
the rain returned to the circuit, although not too heavily,
but enough to significantly affect the planned work programme.
The day in figures is as follows: 51 laps for Kimi (best
time 1.12.861) and 48 for Felipe (1.13.574.)
The Scuderia continues testing at this circuit tomorrow,
again with Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa on track.
