First day of testing for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working
as from today at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit, in southern
Spain.
Today, Marc Gené and Kimi Raikkonen were on track.
The day’s technical programme included development
of new components for the forthcoming season, with special
emphasis on electronics. The day in figures was as follows:
78 laps for Kimi (best time 1.20.063) and 67 for Marc (1.20.832)
Testing continues at this circuit tomorrow, when Kimi will
be joined by Felipe Massa.
