Third and last day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari
Marlboro, working today at both the Le Castellet circuit in
the South of France and the home track at Fiorano.
The day’s technical programme at both venues centred
on an intensive Bridgestone tyre development programme aimed
at the final three races of the 2006 Championship.
Michael Schumacher was on track at Paul Ricard, where he completed
185 laps of the 2A-SC version of the track, the quickest in
a time of 1’01”267.
At Fiorano, it was Felipe Massa who was in action. The Brazilian
covered 134 laps, 15 of them on the short version of the track.
The best time on the day was a 1’03”364.
