Fifth and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari
Marlboro, working again today at the
Mugello circuit.
Another day when bad weather obstructed proceedings for the
team. Constant rain meant that
the track conditions were not suitable for the planned programme.
At the wheel of a 248 F1,
Michael Schumacher managed just 36 laps, with a best time
of 1’30’’389.
At the same time, at the Fiorano track, Luca Badoer carried
out a shakedown of two of the
three cars that the Scuderia will have at its disposal for
the first GP of the season, in Bahrain.
The third 248 F1 will be given its shakedown this coming Monday,
again with Badoer driving at
Fiorano.
