Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro,
working again at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona.
Today’s schedule had Marc Gene continuing with the
endurance run he began yesterday, as well as starting a Bridgestone
tyre development programme. Felipe Massa also did some tyre
testing, while working on the car’s aerodynamics and
on finding the best set-up.
This is the day in numbers: 110 laps for Marc (best time
1.16.446,) 104 for Felipe (1.15.850.)
Testing continues at this circuit tomorrow with Michael Schumacher
and Felipe Massa driving.
