THE PRAMAC-D´ANTIN TEAM GOES AWAY VERY SATISFIED AFTER
TWO DAYS OF TESTS AT THE RICARDO TORMO CIRCUIT.
The second day of free practices at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit
of Valencia has concluded with good expectations for the Pramac-d'Antin
Team, as seen by both pilots, who rode in the top ten. Each
rider, Toni Elías and Sylvain Guintoli, took advantage
of the day to continue gaining more experience with their
new Ducati's, and assimilate all the new sensations they were
receiving. The Italo-Spanish Team won't head back to the racetrack
until they receive the newest version of the Ducati GP8 Sat,
with a target timeframe set for the Winter Tests in January.
Toni Elías (75 laps. 1´33´29).
“I'm happy because I improved my times from
yesterday and I felt comfortable on the bike. In addition,
I went faster then I did on last year's bike and was able
to lap very consistently. Still, we have a lot of work to
do, but I want to do it, and the Team, also. Now, I'm thinking
about the Winter Tests in January and the first race in Qatar.
In summary, this is has been a better start than I had hoped”.
Sylvain Guintoli (83 laps. 1´33´57).
“Today I have worked calmly and taken advantage of all
the laps to improve and adapt to everything. I lowered my
times from yesterday, and I also went faster than I did on
the race on Sunday, so for this I'm very happy. I want to
repeat that I like the bike and the Team very much and I can't
wait for the Winter Tests to continue working and get ready
to do well in the first race in Qatar”.
