Weather conditions: Cloudy all day long, very little rain just before end of morning session. Temperatures: Air: 7 – 12 °C, Track: 7 – 14 °C
Number of drivers participating: 14 (two teams running only one car)
Fastest lap overall: Sebastian Vettel (Toro Rosso) 1:21.679 min Circuit length: 4,655 km

Programme: Both cars ran without technical problems, although the test sessions were again hampered by the low track and air temperatures. Robert Kubica and Nick Heidfeld concentrated on the mechanical and aerodynamical set-up of the car. The team tried some new parts to optimize the balance of the car. Both drivers could do their programme as scheduled and went through a lot of items on the testing list.

What comes next: Testing in Barcelona continues on Sunday. Both BMW Sauber F1 Team drivers are scheduled to work again on the set-up of the F1.08 car.
