BMW Sauber F1 Team - Barcelona Test - Day Two

Day two – Thursday

Jacques Villeneuve:

Nick Heidfeld:

The entire day was dry so the team was able to get in a full day’s testing. In the morning Jacques finished off some worked started on Wednesday, and concentrated on aero and set up work. In the afternoon he did a tyre casing programme for Michelin with the results applicable to the forthcoming races. Nick on his first day did some start practice and minimal aero and set-up work in the morning. He then spent the entire afternoon on a tyre programme for Michelin.

What comes next:
For the final day of the test tomorrow Jacques Villeneuve will be replaced by Robert Kubica. The team has been happy with the results of the programme to date. The final day should see the completion of this and includes work for next week’s British Grand Prix.
